PITCH COMPETITION
The HBCU Sports Business Pitch Competition provides New Orleans-based HBCU students the chance to pitch innovative sports industry ideas while connecting with key industry leaders. Winners gain mentorship, a monetary prize, and the opportunity to refine their business skills and concepts.

ABOUT The Competion
The inaugural HBCU Sports Business Pitch Competition will be during Super Bowl Week at Dillard University in New Orleans. The competition gives New Orleans-based undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to pitch new and innovative business ideas related to the sports industry.
First place winner will receive $5,000 and an opportunity to partake in an informational interview with William Morris Endeavor (WME).
Second place winner will receive $2,500.

Fireside Chat with Brandon Marshall
Brandon Marshall is a former NFL player who played for 13 seasons in the NFL. Brandon is also the creator of I Am Athlete (IAA), a media company focused on the intersection of business, entertainment, music, and sports.
